1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement applicable between the bdbjay online casino and sports betting platform ("Platform") and all its users ("Member" or "you"). • For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Another example: deposit ৳12,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.
• A 25x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Each member may receive this bonus once only.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• bdbjay reserves the right to cancel a bonus in the event of bonus abuse.
• It may not be possible to claim multiple bonus offers at the same time.
• bdbjay reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• VIP members receive special benefits: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%) and Platinum (up to 0.8%).

6 Fair Play Policy

bdbjay is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all users. The key points of our fair play policy are as follows:

• Harassing or attempting to harm other members.

8 Account Termination and Suspension

bdbjay reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If false or misleading information is found to have been provided.
• If there is suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
• In the event of the account holder's death or insolvency.
• If the member requests to close the account themselves.

Members may also request account closure at any time through live chat. After account termination, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, unless the termination is due to a violation.

9 Limitation of Liability

bdbjay is not liable for the following:

• If a game is interrupted due to internet connection issues or a technical fault with the device.
• If a problem arises with the software of a third-party game provider.
• If loss occurs due to the member's own negligence or error.
• For any loss resulting from the member sharing their account details with a third party.
